All of you are co-directors of a corporate, each of you egally involved in the management of the business. You are best friends in the meantime. The last member of your team is not present at the moment, he is also a colleague and a best friend of yours. You overheard from your employees that he has been consuming alcohol heavily in the last year. In case if this is true, it seriously impacts the reputation and the income of your company.
