Enforcing the Standards
We will issue commendations to individuals & trades contractors who take action to make the site safe & set high health & safety standards A Violation Notice will be issued to anyone who breaches the Site Rules or does not follow their agreed safe method of working A YELLOW Notice for minor infringements You and your Supervisor will have to attend a re-induction A RED Notice for major infringements You will be removed from site

Drug and Alcohol Policy
Do not report for or work under the influence of drugs or alcohol Do not bring unlawful drugs on to tRIIO premises or sites Do not bring alcohol on to tRIIO premises or sites If you are taking any drugs for medical reasons, please inform your supervisor immediately Never drive or operate machinery if you are affected by alcohol, drugs, prescribed or over the counter medication

Drug and Alcohol Testing
tRIIO carries out: Random / unannounced testing Following a serious accident / incident Where tRIIO have reasonable grounds to suspect an individual is “under the influence” Testing covers anyone on tRIIO premises or sites, including contractors. Alcohol limit – Drugs – There is no acceptable limit for any illegal drugs. Only acceptable medication is that taken in line with a Doctors prescription. By entering this site you are agreeing to comply with the tRIIO Drug and Alcohol policy.

Site Rules The following are NOT permitted on site: @*#!!
No possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants @*#!! No foul or abusive language or behaviour Horse play, fighting or malicious damage will not be tolerated, including graffiti Smoking only permitted in designated areas Do not use mobile phones whilst driving or using equipment. You must be in the safe designated area No children under 16 No pets allowed on site No shorts or vests to be worn on site. Mandatory PPE includes safety gloves, glasses, boots, hard hat and hi-vis vest No photographs, videos etc without prior permission of tRIIO No radios, MP3 players on site, no mobile phone hands free kits No eating in construction areas or in the drying rooms

Site Rules General: Vehicles and Mobile Plant:
Visitors must report to Security on arrival & departure Do not operate mobile plant unless you are trained and authorised to do so (CPCS / IPAF) All safety barriers and safety signs must be observed and complied with at all times Drivers must not reverse without a trained vehicle / plant marshal. Banksman Report all accidents / incidents or near misses to tRIIO immediately The Assembly point location is; …………………………………………...... All plant must be isolated and secured if left unattended Fires are not permitted on site, ALL hot works require a permit Fall protection must be in place for off-loading vehicles Access routes must be kept clear at all times. Parking is only allowed in authorised areas. No unlicensed plant to park on surrounding public roads

Site Rules Plant and Equipment: Environmental: Do not use tools or equipment unless you are trained and authorised No materials or substances to be discharged down any drain Use bins / skips provided to segregate waste Only competent scaffolders to erect, alter or dismantle scaffolding A permit is required to use ladders and step ladders Spill kits must be provided. Fuel and chemical stores must be bunded Do not tamper with fire or emergency equipment Refuelling only allowed in designated areas Only authorised electricians to repair electrical equipment or work on electrical installations Adhere to specified quiet working times
