He is working as a sports teacher and has international coaching experience in the USA and Norway. “Let them play!’ does exactly what it says: players learn during the game what effect their technical skills and understanding of the game (should) have on their choices and vice versa. That is the foundation for individual development you need for team results!
Wiljan Vloet, UEFA PRO coach with a broad experience in professional football at clubs such as FC Den Bosch, Roda JC, Sparta Rotterdam (Coach, CEO) ADO Den Haag, NEC Nijmegen, Niki Volos (Greece) and as Head of Academy at PSV Eindhoven. Before his football career Wiljan had a management career in special youth care. With this background and experience he has developed a clear vision on football academies and the role coaches play in player development, connecting and binding different interests while achieving objectives.

Her business partner Thijs specializes in the coaching and evaluation of the players by coaches and the way you as a coach are able to influence the development of youth players.
Matthias Nowak, is highly recognizes for his work as technique and creativity trainer in football. He has been working at Bayern Munich for many years and now cooperates with Game Intelligence AB in Stockholm. Matthias very early understood the power of cognitive research and how this can be used to transform modern football. Matthias develops his exercises very clearly and coaches on how the brain works and how to implement this on the field.

Géry Snijders, coach with a broad experience at Dutch top amateur club VV Gemert. He is one of the founders of the scouting department at Dutch first division club FC Eindhoven and was match analyst for the first team. After several years he transferred to top club PSV Eindhoven. Géry has scouted for over 10 years and coordinated the cooperation between PSV and its allied clubs in amateur and professional leagues. Since 2016 he changed to Belgian top club KRC Genk.
Xavier Friesen, Founder of ‘Bouwstenen voor Zambia’ (Building blocks for Zambia’ at the age of 11! He wanted to really help children with less opportunities then we have in The Netherlands. And he did:
