– Ordering – Products and Services – TARGET2 service E-ordering can undergo version changes. Therefore, the following e-order can be different to the one you will fill in. The e-order used in this document is the one for the Test service. If you want to subscribe to the Live service you have to additionally fill in the respective “Live” e-order. Customer Order on-line tracking
Online facility accessible from the ‘ordering’ section on com. As a registered user, you can track the status of any order placed via the online ordering. High-level view of all orders placed during the last 12 months (available as of 18 October 06) real-time access to the current status of each order placed on swift.com. view all orders for his/her institution, or for his/her entire hierarchy. The customer can see if an order is being processed, is completed, or is rejected. By clicking on a specific order, customers can access a copy of the order in order to view its content, and they can also view the detailed status of the order. Monitoring the progress of an order in a detailed view the status of major steps of process. order submitted, validation completed, subscription approved, service activation confirmed, software shipped, etc., are visible to the customer. When applicable, advanced details are provided, such as shipment details, airway bill number, or legal follow-up information (for example, when a new customer joins its first service).
