Out With the Old Process:
Print Degree Progress Reports and Unofficial Transcripts Distribute 80 at a time to our 6 Graduation Advisors Advisor review each individual file Confer degrees Code as a “Problem” for graduation Timing Start after End of Term Length of review by semester: Fall: 2 – 3 Weeks Spring: 4 – 5 Weeks Summer: 1 – 2 Weeks Admissions and Records

Query graduation population Run batch degree audit report Use U.achieve delivered reports to determine who has met or not met their degree requirements Who we identify Priority Degree Requirements All Met (Met) Degree Requirements Not Met (Not Met) Admissions and Records

Students who have also applied for a Master’s Program at CSUN Certain majors who have licensure exams (i.e. Accountancy, Nursing) Other various self-identified students Admissions and Records

Additional Reports Offered to Campus
Students who are not enrolled in all requirements for graduating semester Report run approximately 3 weeks before their final semester Provide lists and DPR’s to departments Contact students to help enroll in additional courses Dept. submits course substitutions or waivers Students who are enrolled in all requirements the semester before their graduating semester Report run after census students Admissions and Records
