Everyone in the AT organization globally. 6 2.1 Login If you find that you do not have access to the database, please contact the responsible in your region via and provide your job title. 8 3. How to Create New ACH For Sales Force
Click the tab “AT -ACH”, you will see a list of all the approved ACHs; To create a new ACH, click “Create new ACH”. All ACHs must be submitted in ENGLISH. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

9 3.1 How to Create New ACH For Sales Force
For those who cannot write in English: Fill in the attached form using local language and submit to Regional Marketing Managers. Regional Marketing Managers: check and verify the quality of data, if it is a qualified ACH, then please help translate the information into English and submit to Kathy Xia. 10 4. Step 1: General Information
Notice: All fields with * are mandatory. If any information is missing, you will not be able to proceed to the next step. All the fields must be filled out correctly and in English. Once finished, click “Save & Continue” to open the next step. Please also input your CAPRIS project number. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

11 4.1 Henkel Power Brands To fill in the first mandatory field - “Brand”, choose one from the listed twelve Henkel Power Brands: ***Branding changes will take place in 2012, please keep in mind that the use of the new branding structure will be used once it is implemented*** September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

12 4.2 Henkel Branding Manual
All the Power Brands are defined in the Henkel Branding Manual. You will be able to find out which power brand a specific sub-brand belongs to. Please refer to this manual carefully when choosing “Brand”. 13 4.3 Pre-suggestion function
The fields ‘Product(s)’ and ‘Customer’s name’ have a pre-suggestion function. You can either select from the list or continue typing and at the end, press ENTER. The information will then be added to the field and to the pre-suggesting list. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

14 4.4 Product name format Always use the following format to input the product name: Brand name + Product number/name Example: Loctite 243 Important Notice: Abbreviations such as F850, s300 are STRICTLY forbidden and will cause your case void. ***Please keep in mind that Product name format is subject to change once Branding changes take affect in 2012*** September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

15 4.5 Application Hierarchy
Use the new version of Application Hierarchy to fill in the product information. 16 4.6 Confidentiality Discuss with your customer regarding the scale of information they would like to share and carefully choose a response to the following questions: (this will determine whether an ACH is available externally/internally) If “yes” is chosen for the first question, the “Grant of Publicity Rights” form must be signed and uploaded on the database. To upload: Scan form, save, and press “choose file” to find the document in it’s saved location. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

17 4.7 Confidentiality – Legal Forms
The “Grant of Publicity Rights” and “Personal Declaration” form is available for download on the Homepage of the Database. Grant of Publicity Rights: is signed if the customer agrees the information gathered can be viewed externally. Personal Declaration: is signed by an individual that is present in a picture or video shared in the document. After filling in all the fields, click the button “Save & Continue >”. **Regions are responsible for storing the original legal forms with local legal department** September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

18 5. Step 2: Methods and Benefits

19 6. Step 2+: Benefit Calculation
Notice: All fields with * are mandatory. After filling in mandatory and optional fields, click the button “Save & Continue >”. Please fill out this area carefully and make sure all the numbers are correct and make sense. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

20 7. Step 3: Documents & Images
Upload product / process photos in this step (only in JPG format); Documents such as PDS, MSDS can also be uploaded in the “Files and Links” area; At least three photos are required to complete this step. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

21 7.1 Photo upload Click the button “Click to upload step 1 photo”;
Select document from your computer and click “Open”; A thumbnail will be shown in the box, indicating the upload is complete; You can repeat this step to upload up to 5 attachments. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012

22 7.2 Submit For Sales Force After all the fields have been filled out, click “Request Approval” as a final step; The ACH will then be sent to the approver in your country; When the ACH is approved, you will receive an notice and the case will be shown in the list of approved ACHs; If the ACH is returned, it will come back to the editing status when you log in the database. You can modify the information and submit it again; If the ACH is rejected, it will be deleted from the database. If you want to submit again, you have to create another ACH. How to view ACH cases On page “AT-ACH”, all the approved ACHs are shown with their key information; Use the filter function in the upper part to see a specific group of ACHs; To see the details of one ACH, click the “Print” icon on the right side of the list. 25 10.1 Print-out view You can download the PDF in two versions:

26 11. Vote In the print-out view, if you like this ACH, click the button on the upper-right side; For each ACH, each user can only vote once; The votes are shown in the regions homepage. September 16, 2018 AT ACH Manual 2012
