3. Gantt Charts A Gantt chart is there to keep you on track.
It helps break your project down into smaller manageable sections.
These sections are then broken down into tasks.

Its often colour coded into sections and sometimes one section is dependant on another.

5. Activity!
Your task today is to formulate a GENERIC Gantt chart ready for when your project is finalised.
Use a colour coded system. You will also be provided with meeting dates for you to input into your chart.

6. Keeping your project moving
Develop procedures of what will happen when things come to a stop. Who to speak to or contact.
Try thinking of a way you can create a prototype to demonstrate your project.
If all else fails think of a way of simulating your project.

Your Gantt chart will be of huge importance satisfying 2 pass criteria's.
It must be up to a very good standard, especially having been talked through the important tasks within a project.
