2013 ADC BASE REDEVELOPMENT FORUM | PAGE 7 7 Where Have We Come since June 2011 Received over 1,650 acres in economic and public benefit conveyances to date (80% of plan transfers) Opened FAA certified Executive Airport (April, 2011) Open Community College campus (2012) – current enrollment nearly 800 Conveyed over 260 acres and 25 buildings to private sector for further redevelopment Over 40 acres and four major buildings under contract at both Brunswick Landing and Topsham Commerce Park
