1 Zhaga Books November 2016

2 Zhaga Books: Introduction
Zhaga is creating a series of specifications, known as Books Each Book defines one or more components of an LED luminaire. Such components include LED light engines, LED modules, LED drivers, LED arrays, holders, and connectivity fit systems. Books define the mechanical, photometric, electrical, thermal, and control interfaces of the component to its environment Books define the conditions necessary for interchangeability Zhaga has a certification program for compatible products Third-party testing Traceability via on-line database ( 16 September 2018

3 Zhaga Book portfolio: Current status
Books 1-9, Books and Book 15 are approved Most are available on our website Book 14 and Books are in development Check our newsletter for updates Further Book proposals are under consideration Evolution: From stand-alone form-factors  scaled families Spot family of LED modules (Book 3, Book 11) Indoor family of LED modules (Book 7) COB family (Book 12) Separate Books for LED modules and LED drivers (Book 13) Referencing external specifications (MD-SIG) for the module-driver electrical interface 16 September 2018
