Best Practices
Funds are being transferred through e-transfer.
LPG based cooking in 89% schools. Some School is also having Water Purifier.
SMC is empowered to implement MDMs & decides the weekly menu as per local taste of children’s in school.
Funds amounting to Rs lakhs have been provided to 4622 Rs. 500/- per schools through e-transfer for hand washing facilities.
Health checkup / Screening of cook-cum-helper is made mandatory twice in a year
Out of total CCH, (45%) Cook-cum-Helpers have been trained. 57 cook- cum-helpers have been trained by the Hotel Management Institute Kufri (HMI) Shimla during
