There are differences between the military and civilian cultures. Stress can be a normal part of the transition process-- manage it or it will manage you. Your family is transitioning and needs to be included. Mentors are a valuable resource during and after transition. Remember, there are abundant resources available to support both you and your family through the transition process and beyond.
