2. Overview
TPCs will be given the option to print a 4 page A4 mailer and a complementing Oil Awareness A3 Poster supported by Trade Club
A template mailer is available for Retailers to submit their own pricing for the Trade Club engine oil range and selected 20 litre gear oils
The mailer is personalised to Retailer with their contact details (TPC name and parts telephone/ )
Vauxhall will support print of an agreed number of mailers and posters (300 of each), per Retailer. The Retailer has the option to print more if desired
The mailers and posters will be delivered in bulk to the TPC (not posted direct to customers)
If the TPC would like bespoke mailer content they can contact Bluegrasscoms (costs not supported by Vauxhall)

8. Pricing
All prices featured in the mailer template are Trade Club prices
All ‘from’ prices are the lowest priced part from the VA998 (as of December 2017 – subject to price changes, check latest VA998 for updates)
You can update the pricing to be specific to your Trade Parts Centre or alternatively leave the Trade Club price

9. Process TPC has unique access login to a print portal – as per 2017
The templates for both the mailer and poster are automatically populated with the Trade Parts Centre name and parts telephone number upon login
Dealer populates pricing editable fields on the mailer
Submit to print – select the desired quantity. Extras will be invoiced from Bluegrasscoms direct to the Retailer.
Mailers and posters delivered direct to Trade Parts Centre – the print lead time is approx. a week but may vary

10. Restrictions Please note…
You can only change the editable pricing fields and Retailer name / telephone number
You cannot add your own offers (giveaways, discounts, buy one get one free etc.)
It is your responsibility to ensure all the content you input into the mailer is correct.
Trade Club will not support the cost of any reprints.

13. Distribution of mailers & posters
The mailers & posters will be sent directly to your Trade Part Centre.
All Retailers are required to participate.
Vauxhall Trade Club expect that Trade Parts Managers will utilise their full allocation of mailers and posters, by distributing them to all their Trade Club customers within AOR, through all channels.

17. Page 1
Once you have logged in, the template will be automatically populated with your TPC name and telephone number.
The first page of the brochure promotes 5W-30 C3 and 5W-30 SS in 199L, 20L and 5L sizes.
You can change the pricing that features in the mailer, by inputting your price in the fields on the left hand side.
Throughout the mailer ONLY ENTER THE PRICE - DO NOT ENTER A POUND SIGN (£)

Please ensure all pricing information you enter is correct!
To see the content you have inputted into the mailer press the ‘UPDATE’ button

You can update the price of the 20 litre gear oils if desired, otherwise leave in the Trade Club price.
You have the option to add a parts address which will appear at the base of the back page.
To add the address, enter it in the field labelled ‘Parts ’.

21. Ready to print?
If you would like to view the mailer as a pdf first, press PDF preview. The will show how the mailer will print.
Some of the prices may look a bit fuzzy in the portal, but they will appear a lot clearer in the pdf preview/ when printed.
Once you have filled in all of your pricing and you are happy with the content, click the button Next Step at the base of the page.

22. Printing Process
Select the quantity required and click ‘update’ once the quantity has been chosen.
Click ‘add to cart’ to proceed with the order.

You will then arrive on the screen below, where you have the opportunity to do a final review of your order.
If you need to change something in the artwork select ‘edit’ in the ‘Options’ column
If you would like to see a pdf of the artwork select ‘PDF Preview’ in the ‘Options’ column
You can update the quantity in the ‘Quantity’ column if desired
When you are happy with the order details press the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button

24. Delivery details We have included delivery to 1 x UK address
Your delivery address details should auto-populate as per the below screen shot
If your delivery address needs to change you can edit it under ‘My Profile’ on the top Menu
To return to your order once you have updated your address details just select ‘Shopping Cart’
Once you are happy with the delivery details select ‘Next step’

25. Checkout
If your company policy requires you to supply a purchase order for invoicing please input in the ‘Purchase Order Number’ field. If not please enter ’Bluegrass’ – this field must be populated to proceed.
Please confirm the artwork is approved for print by checking the box and then press ‘Next Step’

26. Checkout
A summary of your order will appear as per the screen shot 1 below
To confirm the order press ‘place order’ you will then see the order summary table as per screen shot 2 below
You will receive an confirmation of order once the order is placed. This will be sent to the saved against your profile. You can view and edit this address under ‘My Profile’ 1. 2.

27. Top tips
If you have questions when using the portal you can click the link at the top of the page and portal support.

Before submitting your pdf artwork to print, please carefully double check that you are happy with all the editable fields and how your Trade Parts Centre name displays. Reprints will not be supported.
To view the artwork as a pdf click the ‘PDF Preview’ button (at any point) at the base of the page.
Please be patient if the content seems slow to load, or slow to place your order– it may run slow due to the size of
the artwork file.
