2. Introducing Automated Umbrella!
As of September 10, through Agent Web you now can:
Quote and sell faster and easier in Agent Web
The Personal Umbrella Application prefills with information from the quote
Conveniently Upload Supporting Documents
Easily edit and search existing quotes via search quote/advanced search

3. To Begin - Click NEW QUOTE
I want to begin by showing you how easy it is to get a quote!
Click START QUOTE

4. Choose Line of Business, Enter Eff Date, Click START QUOTE
Select Umbrella for line of business and the effective date. Click Start quote.

5. Enter Quote Information (Top Screen)
There are just 2 tabs to complete – quote and finish!
Notice the state, your agency information and effective date prefill at the top.
Enter the information in the yellow highlighted fields – these are required fields.
Complete other fields if applicable
The Umbrella limit defaults to 1 M – you can select up to 5 M

6. Finish Quote & Rate (Bottom Screen)

7. Rate Displays – Click NEXT
Defaults to Full Pay
Quote Premium Excludes PLIGA

Complete the Application Available on Agent Web Or
Submit a Completed ACORD Personal Umbrella Application from your Agency Management System
You will also need to Submit a Completed Supplemental Application Form Available in: Product Lines>Umbrella Forms.

13. Submission of an ACORD Personal Umbrella App requires you to complete and attach the Personal Umbrella App Supplement available on Agent Web in: Product Lines>Umbrella Forms

14. Finish & Submit!

15. Confirmation Message Appears – Click YES

16. You Are Done!

17. You Will Receive an Email Confirmation with the Attachments!
You will receive an confirmation with whatever files you attached

18. Search In Global Search Bar, MY QUOTES or ALL QUOTES
Status Changes from QUOTE to IN REVIEW
Underwriting Review Process Remains the Same
Will change from PAUQ to PAU Once Issued
Customer will be Billed for the Full or 2-Pay Down Payment Amount

Quote Sheet – No more manual rating needed – before you rated on number of homes, number of cars, Territory 1 or 2, etc. - Agent Web rates the policy for you!
Also, the same rules apply for coverage, eligibility, cancellation, changes and Payment Plans –the system will do the rating for you, but still follow the same underwriting rules since the system will not underwrite for you

21. What is the Same Pay Plans - Full Pay or 2 Pay
Customer Will be Billed for the Full or 2 Pay Down Payment Amount after Umbrella has been Issued
2 Pay
50% Down Payment Amount – Second Installment Due 120 Days after Effective Date
No Service Fee if Customer Chooses EFT
