2. Company – Milestones Key events 2012 - 2017:
GTLK Europe incorporated in Ireland in 2012 as a wholly owned subsidiary of State Transport Leasing Company (STLC PJSC). STLC PJSC is the No. 1 leasing company in the Russian market, based on volume of new acquisitions in STLC PJSC is an industry leader in the aircraft, water and transportation sectors. The sole shareholder of the STLC PJSC is the Russian Federation, represented by the Ministry of Transport.
2013: Airbus 321 x 5 on lease to Aeroflot, 10 dry cargo vessels on charter to UCLH.
2014: Boeing x 5 on lease to Rossiya Airlines.
2015: Boeing B x 3 on lease to Aeroflot Airlines.
2016: A320 x 7 on lease to Aeroflot Airlines (CMB transaction).
A debut issue of Reg S Eurobonds for USD 500m was placed in July 2016.
A second issue of USD 500m Reg S Eurobonds was placed in May The issue was assigned 'BB' rating by Fitch Ratings and 'Ba3' by Moody’s Investors Service.
The parent company STLC PJSC currently holds ‘BB-’ long-term credit ratings from S&P Global Ratings and ‘Ba2’ long-term corporate family rating from Moody’s Investors Service with “stable” outlooks. Prior to Eurobond transaction announcement, on 16 May 2017 Fitch Ratings upgraded STLC’s long-term issuer default ratings in foreign and national currencies by one notch to ‘BB’ with a “stable” outlook.
June 2017 – ranked No 50 in world’s leading lessors per FlightGlobal.
