6. Windows Server and System Center 2016
Licensing for Windows Server and System Center is per physical server core, not per VM
New licensing is per core, 8 cores per processor and 16 cores per physical server minimum licensing requirement.
New 16 core sku covers all servers with 16 or fewer cores
Machines with more than 16 cores can be licensed with the base part + 2-core add-on packs

7. Azure Hybrid Use Benefit Bring your own licenses
Azure is purchased under your Campus Agreement as the
Azure Monetary Commitment (AMC) sku.
You then consume services for which the fees are debited against that bucket. Price per use is lower than pay-as-you-go.
AMC pricing for the new 3 year term is $103/month for the months remaining in the annual term
If you use up your AMC, Microsoft will bill quarterly in arrears for overage at the same cost per services used.
