Component 2 What’s assessed? Process of creating devised drama Performance of devised drama Analysis and evaluation of own work How it’s assessed? Devising log (60 marks) Devised performance (20 Marks) 80 marks 40% of GCSE Students will perform and complete this in June of Year 10!

Tips! Helping the student to learn lines is always a great help! The more the say them and hear the reply or lines in-between, the more likely they are to remember them. filming and watching back Encourage the student to attend extra curricular – it builds confidence and gives them more on stage experience. Send them on the trips – the trips mentioned so far are vitally important! Costume hunting Praise
