Challenges/Observations
Increased transparency of award selection through increased documentation and input from subcommittee members and TC chair
Current process is centralized and mostly driven by one or two people – Increased transparency and documentation should help make this easier to break
Need better process to collect IS nominees and Best Paper candidates – online forms?
