Autonomous RC Land Vehicle
Team Members: Elton Wang, Alan Wang, Anuraag Rajasekhar, Feilong Huang, Abhishek Ravikiran Advisors: Professor Bouman Professor Midkiff Goal: Design and create a vehicle capable of autonomous navigation and stream video from a vehicle-mounted camera. + + + Semester Progress: ● Can detect obstacles in front of crawler and halt the motor ● Can turn wheels after sensors activate ● Created web server for communication of Arduino with a laptop ● Began writing HTML code to create web page Future Goals: ● Integrate all three sensors together ● Use camera data to assist in navigation and recognize target objects. ● Set up web page for wireless communication ● Use various sensors to create virtual map of the area Web server showing output of Arduino pins in μV Current state of the Crawler
