TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY 2018 Executive Board Applications

2 What is CPC? The Collegiate Panhellenic Council is the coordinating body of the 14 sororities NPC sororities on campus. The Panhellenic Council consists of a ten-member executive board and two delegates from each member chapter.

3 What do We do? Programming Provide Assistance Serve as a Liaison
We create and host annual programs such as Redefinition Week, the Lead[Her] Conference, Progressing Panhellenic the Clothesline project and more! We provide assistance to chapters and chapter members through services and resources from both CPC and the OFSL We serve as the primary liaisons between the CPC member organizations and the campus/community.

5 President Vice President of Recruitment Vice President of Finance
Lead and delegate tasks to the CPC Executive Board Establish and maintain relationships with university faculty, administrators, and student leaders Monitor CPC’s operations and serve as the primary representative to the campus and community President Coordinate with chapters and the university to plan recruitment Interview, select, and oversee recruitment team Communicate with PNM’s and ensure they have a positive recruitment experience Vice President of Recruitment Monitor and create the budget Collect payments due to the Panhellenic Council and pay any Council expenses Reconcile monthly statements Vice President of Finance Handle mediation process Maintain and revise Bylaws and Recruitment Rules Oversee the Judicial Board and it’s member that serve on the Student Organization Accountability Board Vice President of Judicial Affairs and Accountability

6 Vice President of Public Relations
Oversee the brand and maintenance of the branding for CPC. Design and produce the Recruitment Guide, CPC website and all needed graphics. Produce the Recruitment video and oversee all social media posts/publicly accessible content. Vice President of Public Relations Plan and Coordinate all logistics of Redefinition Week Oversee Philanthropy chairs of each chapter/ work with other councils for CrowdChange Organize other community bonding events such as “The Dillards Event” or The Clothesline Project Vice President of Campus & Community Relations Coordinate the annual Lead[Her] conference Plan the new member event to happen after recruitment Assist with other positions/ other member development events or programming as needed Director of Membership Development Plan the annual Progressing Panhellenic event in the spring Organize Trick or Treat on Greek Street in the fall Work with the Circle of Sisterhood committee to fundraise and spread awareness Director of Chapter Relations

Design and send all chapters Weekly Newsletters Actively be present among a variety of social media platforms Stay on top of TAMU related events/organizations to help promote Director of Communication Organize and record Panhellenic points Create agendas for CPC meetings Type up minutes at every meeting Administrative Secretary Manage chapter delegates Assist President and fill-in when necessary Tasks as assigned by President Executive Vice President *

8 CPC Executive Board Selection Process - President & VPs
Sign-up for and attend an interview. The current executive board will create a slate. Complete and submit the application. The slate will be presented to the delegates to vote. Application Interview Slating Voting

9 CPC Executive Board Selection Process - Directors
Complete and submit the application. Sign-up for and attend an interview with the outgoing and incoming presidents. The incoming president will appoint the director level positions. Application Interview Appointment
