4 099 Lists: everyone within region is added to distribution list, personally called, and in some cases given a free 1 year membership. Referrals: Ask your members to reach out to friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc. Guests: 1st time guest info is saved on our Star Chapter site at time of meeting. Walk ins are also captured on the visitor form. 1. Chapter Resources

Social! Post your involvement in ARMAGG on LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Share posts from ARMA. Networking When attending other conferences, be on the lookout for prospects based on title, responsibilities, etc. Incorporate ARMA GG cards & personal invitations.

9 List Segmenting: Divide your lists based on industry or concern (HIPAA, cyber security, breaches, etc.). Send invites to specific groups (HR, IT, C-Level). Job Searches: Scour online job posting sites (including LinkedIn!) for job openings in records management. Conferences: Attend industry specific conferences for potential members (such as CLEARS). 3.
