– CAVAL (CARM Centre) go-live
Apr - University of Melbourne implementation commenced
May - University of Canberra implementation commenced

Jun – Began V2010 LADD interoperability testing
Sep - LADD interoperability testing completed for Melbourne & Canberra
Oct – ANSTO & University of Wollongong implementations commenced
Dec – University of Canberra go live

Louise Dick – maternity leave from March 2011, will be back part-time in April 2012
Annalisa Kristof – joined the team 2 days a week on September 2011, will increase days from April 2012
Sae Ra Germaine – Support Team Leader
Ben Quinney – Lead, IT – manages Hosted Service in partnership with 3rd party provider
