Americans enjoy a right that citizens of many other countries do not—the right to own firearms.
Responsibility.
Store, operate and maintain firearms safely
Unauthorized and untrained individuals cannot gain access to firearms
Learn and follow all applicable laws that pertain to the purchase, possession and use of firearms.
Guns are neither safe nor unsafe by themselves.
When people practice responsible gun ownership, firearms are safe.

27. Role of Examinations in Training
Examinations should be viewed as one of many teaching and evaluation tools which help instructors and students alike determine whether and to what extent training has taken place.
Examinations indicate progress as well as point out areas where additional training may be necessary to develop the desired knowledge, skills and attitude.
There is no minimum passing score for a basic course student, but a poor attitude towards safety could be reason not to pass a student.
