Learning Opportunities and Resources
Foundations Tutorial   This online course is designed to provide an overview of how employees will use the Time and Attendance system. The course includes three tracks: Hourly Time Clock, Hourly PC and Salaried PC. Each track has an estimated duration of 25 minutes. All employees are required to complete the applicable tracks(s).
Supervisor Training The half day instructor-led course is designed to provide those assigned the Supervisor Role in the Time and Attendance System with the knowledge to manage employee timecards, leave requests, and scheduling.
Payroll Liaison Training The full-day instructor-led course is designed to provide Payroll Liaisons with the knowledge to perform their function using the new Time and Attendance System as well as support supervisors and employees

Payroll Liaisons are the primary line of support
Quick Reference Cards – SUPERVISORS, PAYROLL LIAISONS, TIME CLOCK ENROLLMENT
Employees will need to complete manual timesheets and leave requests until instructed to stop
We are asking employees to see their supervisors and payroll liaisons for help FIRST. If help is still needed, contact your agency help desk or the ETS service desk. Live calls will be resolved as quickly as possible, but for specific issues, ETS will create a ticket and you will be contacted by support staff from the ERP knowledge center.
For two pay periods, we will use easyPay AND the current manual processes. This will help us validate the accuracy and completeness of data captured by the new system.
