You may now utilize Albridge on a tablet or wireless device. This is a fundamental shift from the legacy system which was designed primarily for a desktop and mostly for use in internet explorer. If your office invests in some client tablets, you can walk the clients through the system on the tablet and show them everything they need to know right in the office

6 Live Demo You may brand Albridge with your office logo and that is extremely simple so if you have not done that please let us know and we can help out. We will try to keep this simple for those that have not seen Albridge before and also cover some new things you might not know if you are already familiar with the system. A menu to access multiple points with multiple access Pin or save “My landing page” You can use a favorites field to save recent clients using their check box External links Integrates with multiple venders such as MoneyGuide Pro and SmartOffice Integration partners Albridge.com Integrations You can see a list of all partners here Status Active New Locked Search field This is a predictive “type ahead” search Nickname Tax ID Account number Client account screen At a portfolio level, you can view Holdings by investor Transactions You can search each transaction now Portfolio dashboard Run report View Edit At the account level Arrow to the level shows you details of each account Drop down level allows you to edit the account and edit additional info Quick links – this is on other pages too and might help you navigate quickly through the new system Edit core info is only allowed at the B/D level Create manual account might be locked as well depending on access level Pin clients through recent clients Pin clients so a higher AUM client might be worth saving You can also delete a client from the recent list with the X to the right You can pin up to 6 clients Emulate log in 3 dots to the left of the client name Report generation Client reports Advisor reports Your ability to run reports across the entire book of business You also have the ability to create filters These filters are sticky so you can create it once and repeatedly run them as desired Filter admin shows everything available Batch jobs You can utilize the report package created to automate a report Assistant reports? Settings Report settings These contain default reports and many different ways to change those settings You can change the default money managers for example Report packages 60+ reports today Branded to your office Asset classification If you want to change the allocation reports from the default Asset Type and Investment Objective, you can do so here For example, maybe you want to see Model Level as the allocation report default Asset classification is run by Morningstar Benchmarks Composite benchmark creation You can take up to 20 different benchmarks and apply weighting to them 80/20 Adjusted benchmarks S&P+1 Models Create models to compare against the portfolio Cost basis Default performance calculation Allows you to change which performance you would like to use Modified dietz, internal rate of return and daily time weighted returns Modified Dietz takes into account the timing of cash flows and assumes that there is a constant rate of return over a specified period of time DTWR is a measure of the compound rate of growth in a portfolio eliminating distorting effects created by inflows of new money When you apply this to the account the same is applied to the benchmark The same rate of return and trading activity Investor views Client view settings You most likely won’t be seeing or using these: Fee billing IARs might utilize this field Data tools Only if privileged through your B/D Map accounts Cash edge 100 more per month if you want to use it Notification center In the past, sometimes running a report prevents you from accessing anything else in Albridge while that report runs If the report takes more than 15 seconds to run you will be allowed to continue to work while that report is running Navigation after running a report allows you to keep working while the system is also working A pop up will notify you when your report is completed Report notification queue Report library to allow you to see previous reports ran You can pin up to 25 reports that have been ran You may the report when completed directly to your client through the Albridge system Back to client list… Quickly running a report 1 click away via the “run report” link 3 dots to the left of a client name Dashboard is broken up into 6 modules The drop down under combined account portfolio will allow you to change which account you are viewing You can move any of the 6 modules around as desired Change the time period to the right When you click on one of the modules it will bring up that module in more detail Performance detail report “i” button shows you what happened and gives you info on what went on Account performance / Comparative holdings Clicking on the headings changes the graph Clicking on each account shows much more info for each account Portfolio value report You can click each benchmark off You can control many aspects of what a client can see via this option under settings Individual Reports Asset allocation by investment style Estimated cash flow report Shows what is expected to be received by each account each month both in a visual and table format Plain vanilla report and probably the most popular default report Portfolio monitor report Shows quarterly or yearly returns depending on what setting you use The top 10 holdings in the portfolio A line graph representing the performance Portfolio return chart Portfolio performance Balance book style report based on returns in the sub-categories Portfolio risk return report If you have enough data, this will show you a risk return chart against a benchmark Portfolio snapshot The most widely utilized report for batch purposes At a glance, you can see the entire portfolio broken down with a benchmark and allocation used Create a portfolio Support!
