Write during time allotted; do not stop until you are told to do so.
Write at least one FULL page (unless told otherwise).

No abbreviations, contractions, and/or shorthand (examples: b/c, lol, can’t).
Focus on the topics of the journal entry or activity. Strive for depth of thought and avoid rambling.
Journals must be your original work.
