#Throwback Graduation Requirements Goals Five most important things
Before we go into the lesson, let’s review really quickly our graduation requirements. What are some of our goals for the junior class? Remember this information during the 1st junior class assembly? What are some of the five most important things this year for juniors?

#goals #goals We all have them, shoot, I have them. #bodygoals #relationshipgoals #friendshipgoals #jobgoals #hairgoals #makeupgoals #teachergoals lol. What about #schoolgoals #gpagoals #transcriptgoals?? Regardless of what it is, we all want the best out of life, true or false? Thing about wanting something is, once you declare something as a goal, what do you tend to do? You think about it more, right? You take steps to try to achieve it, right? Most times though, what happens? You usually forget about it after a short time until something reminds you of it again. That’s where most people fail withtheir goals. what about #schoolgoals # Do we all know how we did first quarter? Even if you haven’t seen your report card, you have a pretty good idea of what you did or didn’t do in class and how that is reflected in a grade. Report cards will be distributed tomorrow. We will have Honor Roll assemblies and D/E assemblies. You will either be congratulated and rewarded on your efforts or you’ll be provided with interventions and solutions on how to fix the missteps. What we’re going to do today is create a SMART goal for our grades. Grades are one of the five most important things for juniors this year. Unless you have 100% in every single one of your classes, you can improve. *pass out

Steps to success Step One: Set Goal Step Two: Work your goal Step Three: Monitor your progress Step Four: Adjust as needed Step Five: Evaluate results Step Six: Rinse and Repeat (plan as much of the detail out as you can, will help you be accountable) (Use resources available to you, seek help if you need it) (Very important, otherwise it’s easy to lose track) (Being flexible is what determines whether your goals actually come to fruition or not) (You should be a constant work in progress, never settle, always strive for more, never get comfortable, when you achieve one goal, create a bigger goal! If you didn’t achieve it, go back to the drawing, what did you do right, what did you do wrong? Find out and recreate the goal based on that information. Become an architect of your life.)
