Part 1: Identify a leadership scenario from the past that you were personally involved in or observed.
Part 2: Describe the FRLM behavior used during the identified leadership scenario (use correct terminology).
Explain what behavior the leader used by providing at least one specific example
Provide a rationale for why the behavior led to the outcome
Show a clear linkage between the behavior and the outcome, analyzing at least one 2nd and one 3rd order effect
Part 3: Describe another behavior you could use and how it would influence the outcome of the scenario.
Explain a different behavior that could have been used by providing at least one realistic and specific example
Provide a rationale for why the behavior could have been used to achieve a different outcome
