Aim to cover audio conferencing and ‘basic’ video conferencing (switching and pre-defined templates) but not defining video layout, text overlays, etc (advanced package).
RT text conferencing out of scope?

Some aspects currently identified as relevant: <available-media>, <mixing-mode>, <codecs>, etc. Further clarifications required.
