6. Our practice
Camps Bay Dental Studio consists of myself, Dr Brogneri, specialized in implants and family dentistry, and a plastic surgeon.
We have a strong regular client basis of over 3000 patients & over 6000 patients on our books, which is growing daily at an average of 50 patients a month, purely by word of mouth both locally and abroad.
Approximately 20% of our patients are from the U.K. and north European countries, who return to S.A. on a yearly basis for their routine dental check-up and any treatment which needs to be done.

7. We pride ourselves on providing first-world dentistry using the latest technology and equipment amidst a friendly and caring environment.
From the paediatric side: We work as a team with an ENT, a paediatrician, a child psychologist, a speech & hearing therapist and an occupational therapist. Our approach is holistic and non-invasive, focusing on behaviour management and building of a strong relationship built on trust.
From the aesthetic side: We work as a team with my partner Dr Brogneri, plastic surgeons, maxillofacial surgeons, beauty and health spas, beauticians and modeling agencies. We do dental make-overs and restoration of function and aesthetics. I have done over 300 whitening procedures with 99% patient satisfaction.

9. Leisure Activities:
As mentioned, I write for a local newspaper for the last 8 years. The topics of my articles are child-rearing and motivational/inspirational. (see section: “A Touch of Inspiration”)
I have also done a course on drug-counseling and have done one-on-one counseling sessions as well as weekly, group ‘Life-Skills’ workshops with recovering addicts.
I have also been interviewed by a journalist from the Oprah magazine and live on radio, regarding treating patients using ozone therapy.

10. Leisure Activities cont.
I am an avid reader, particularly psychology, life-skills, and self-improvement
Personal fitness: I have danced ballet, modern and acrobatics since I was 5 years old. I try to swim or gym at least one hour daily, and believe that we are what we eat
I love spending time with my 9 year old daughter who has taught me as much, and if not more, than I have tried to teach her
I believe I am an optimist who always looks for the lesson to be learnt, isn’t that the reason we are here?
