File Naming Convention for uploaded electronic drawings: “###anyname.pdf”
Simply add a 3-digit number in front of the design professional’s file name
Add a 3-digit plus 2-digit decimal for inserting pages in between: “###-##anyname.pdf”
Cloud Server Reference Number: “LLL-YY-######”
3-digit letter City acronym
2-digit year
6-digit countywide sequential number
