Goals: Improve Academic Achievement
The goal for the Wasatch county School District is to reach 60% proficiency across the district on all SAGE assessments. By 2017, Wasatch High School Students will score one point above the Utah State average in each f the categories of math, science, and reading on the ACT assessment. 1.1 Provide a Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum 1.1.1 Align Essential Skills and Knowledge from K-12 Grades Emphasizing Consistency Throughout the District 1.1.2 Improve ACT Preparation and Quality Core 1.1.3 Identify, Purchase and Implement Research-Based Literacy Program by 1.1.4 Identify District Target Benchmarks and Leverage Assessment Tools 1.1.5 Develop Rubrics for Essential Skills and Define Mastery 1.2. Goal: Closing the Achievement Gap
