In addition, the Azure platform provides PLEX.AI with access to the Language Understanding Intelligent Service that was instrumental in providing natural language understanding capabilities to the platform. These capabilities differentiated PLEX.AI’s offering in the marketplace and enabled the development of a conversational interface for purchasing insurance products.
