Partner Academy is the training tool for Dell EMC Partners. With an easy interface, Partner Academy helps you complete the training and certification of your company in the Dell EMC Competencies. Find a training path to obtain competencies based on your role, line of business and portfolio. Access the trainings you need in an organized and intuitive way. Track your progress and download the completed course material. Find complementary training suggestions for career opportunities.

How to access Partner Academy
Partner Academy courses require a Partner Portal account. Log in to Partner Portal Click on “Training and Competencies” Click on “Enter the Partner Academy here”

Select “Partner Type” and “Role” Partner Type Select if you are a Partner: Distributor / Global Alliances/Cloud SP / Solution Provider Role Select your role: Sales / System Engineer – Technical / Services / Marketing Partner Type: Distributor – Distribuidores Global Alliances/Cloud SP – Global Alliances Solution Provider – Authorized Partners or Metallic level Role: Sales – sales credentials System Engineer – Technical – system engineer credentials Services – Services credentials Marketing – Marketing credentials

2. Choose your business line below and see the available paths for that LOB (Data Center, Solutions and Client) 3. Fill in the "CATEGORY" fields (between "Server", "Storage", "Networking", "Data Protection" and "Converged Infrastructure" when System Engineer or "NA" when Sales) and "LANGUAGE" “English”. 4. Frequently asked questions:
Are the courses free for Partners? The courses are online and free for all Partners. What’s the diference between Credentials, Certifications and Competencies? Credentials/Certifications are individual, while Competencies are for companies. Individual Credentials/Certifications account for the achievement of competencies for companies. Can a Partner have the same person performing Sales, Technical and Marketing credentials? For Sales and SE different professionals must carry out the training of the competences. For Marketing portfolio, partners can use the same professionals who have attended the Sales or SE courses. Is a credential/certification linked to the professional or the Partner? Credentials and certifications are linked to the professional and he can take them to other companies, in case he decide to leave the current one.
