Tacos el Gordo is currently a mexican food restaurant in Chula Vista with the best tacos in San Diego. Our mission with Tacos el Gordo: To Go is to bring this amazing restaurant to the comfort of our USD campus.
Here’s how we plan to do it:

3. Placement
The food truck will be stationed at Maher circle from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm and it will be stationed by the Vistas apartments from 7:30 pm until 2:00 am. This will make it easy for students to access our delicious food all throughout the day.

4. Products served
We will be serving the entire menu that you can find at the original Tacos el Gordo location!

5. How we plan to lead the market
The best part of Tacos el Gordo: To Go is that we are going to have a mobile ordering app. This will allow students to order online for pick-up OR have their order delivered right to their dorm! There will only be a $4.00 delivery charge for us to deliver anywhere on campus. There’s is nothing better than being able to enjoy amazing food, in the comfort of your dorm.
