Huntsville City Schools will accelerate learning opportunities and improve instructional processes through the implementation of an educational software Learning Management System (LMS). Huntsville City Schools will utilize The Winning Foundation to aid in enhancing the probability of students completing their education and thus decreasing the probability of being sent to an alternative school or discontinuing their education to pursue vices that will make them a societal liability instead of an asset.
