1. Guidelines for Presentation Submission

2. The following guidelines must be followed while preparing your presentation for Materials Performance & Welding Technologies 2017 Conference and Exhibition

3. Slide Title
The presentation should be technical in nature with no commercial content. Company logos should only appear at the title slide and final slide.
The allotted time for the presentation must be used for sharing the technical details and not for promoting the affiliate company, organization or institution.
Presentation should be prepared in the template provided by the organizers

4. Slide Title Presentation should not exceed more than 20 slides.
Presentation should not exceed 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A.
Use simple slides with bullet points, diagrams etc., for improved clarity where applicable. Use dark- colored font (preferably black) on text content.
All presentations once submitted must not be modified without the approval of Technical Committee Chair.

5. Slide Title
The slides shall not be busy with information to avoid confusion and improved understanding.
All pages shall be numbered.
Presentation shall be submitted no later than August 15, 2017.
The presentation shall include a short biography for the speaker in the last page.
