Partnered with Will Heath at Auxano for a process born out of intensive research.

16. Process Full-day on-site with the elders
Follow up half day virtual meeting to map out the individualized process for transition.
3 months of follow up coaching for implementation

17. Pastoral Search Assistance
Partnered with Professional Dynametrics Programs (PDP) who have a proprietary behavioral diagnostic tool called ProScan.

Onsite meeting with the nominating committee to help them determine and refine a clear profile of characteristics that are needed for the position.

Give ProScans to the those who are selected for the interview stage.

23. Step #3
The consultant interviews the candidates and gives input to the nominating committee.
