Officers attend school full-time, year-round
Eight 1-year scholarships

Balanced operational/staff experience; background in national security affairs, international relations, strategy, policy, or pol-mil affairs desired but not required
Previous work in N5/J5/COCOM/OSD/SECNAV billets or similar strategy and policy billets

Final selection of the Fellow made by University of Oxford academic committee
Navy selects one primary and two alternates
Oxford screens primary and alternate candidates and makes final selection
