1 Mediasite Recording and Playback Instructions:
You will need an MIC Student account to record or playback your presentation, for help to contact I.T. Helpdesk on or Press on the Crestron panel. Three options should show on the display: Laptop Local PC Mediasite Press Mediasite Icon

2 Ensure Mediasite Recorder Program is Open

3 Click on “New”

4 Insert a title for your recording (note – U.S. Keyboard)
Select “create and open a presentation on the server”

5 Insert your MIC student email & password to record onto the Mediasite Server
If you have difficulty with your password then your supervisor can login and browse to your folder on the server so you can record your presentation, afterwards you may need to contact I.T. Helpdesk on or , If however you don’t have a MIC Student account then you cannot use mediasite server to record or playback your presentation.

6 Click on record Don’t forget at the end of your presentation to switch back using Crestron panel to mediasite and press stop, the recorder will then auto save your recording.

7 Once recording has started you can go back to local pc to start your presentation
Press “local PC” Icon on the Crestron panel When you have finished your presentation press “Mediasite” icon which will switch the monitor back to the Mediasite recorder and press stop.

Using a web browser insert your Mary Immaculate student username and password MIC College are required to use mediasite player if you don’t have an account please contact I.T. Helpdesk on or

10 Select your recording

11 Click on icons to swap media elements, full frame, side by side, picture in picture, enter full screen
