Customer Information Manager (CIM) Overview
CIM allows merchants to store their customers’ sensitive payment information on Authorize.Net’s secure servers for use in future transactions –tokenization. CIM helps eliminate steps in the checkout process for repeat customers, potentially increasing loyalty and revenue.
