Details may be found at tea.texas.gov In 2013, the 83rd Texas Legislature established the new Foundation High School Program as the default graduation program for all students entering high school beginning in This replaced the Minimum High School Program (MHSP), Recommended High School Program (RHSP), and Distinguished Achievement Program (DAP) with the Foundation High School Program beginning with the school year.

6 Endorsement Plan Considerations
What is YOUR best academic pathway or Endorsement for high school taking into account your: Personal interests and talents Career aspirations Post-secondary goals What are the admission requirements for the College/University you wish to attend? Endorsement Plan Considerations What is an Endorsement? You can think of an Endorsement as an Academic or Career Pathway. It’s a lot like choosing a major in college. Earlier in the year our students went on the Career Cruising Program where they took a Learning Styles inventory and Matchmaker Assessment. You can log on to the site from your computer and see their results.
