1. I can’t hear any sound, even with headphones.

2. Click your Control Center in the bottom right.

3. 2. Click the Headphone icon, next to the Volume.
(This will only pop up if you have headphones plugged in - if you don’t it’ll just be an arrow. Still click it!)

4. 3. Select how you want sound to come out (Output)!
Speaker - I want sound to come directly out of my Chromebook.
Headphones - I want to hear sound through my headphones.

5. Didn’t work? Perform a HARD RESET
Press REFRESH + POWER button OR Hold the power button for at least 10 seconds
See if your issue is fixed!

Fill out the Google Form at the bottom of the page to submit your Chromebook for repair.
