Surah Al-Asr In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By Al-'Asr (the time). Verily, man is in loss, Except those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'ruf) which Allâh has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar) which Allâh has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allâh's Cause during preaching His religion of Islâmic Monotheism or Jihâd).

Lessons from Surah Al-Asr
This surah is ample for Man to motivate themselves to hold firmly to Allah’s deen through strong belief, doing good deeds and preach Islam for the sake of Allah s.w.t and be patient for all their effort above Man are in loss when they do not occupy their time with good deeds We should keep our faith in check and do good deeds to be among the successful We are commanded to advice others and be patient so as not be among the losers
