Think of a former student, athlete etc. that has contacted you recently and thanked you for something you’ve done for them. “How ironic that almost 20 years later, you would be the Superintendent for the district my daughter is in. I was so excited to see a familiar name in the School. I told my daughter and Husband all about you. And how awesome you were as the Principal. You listened to us students, you gave us a voice, and urged us to go after our dreams. You helped make our Dream of the Hawk Rock Café come to life. The encouragement you showed us followed us through the years. For that, I want to THANK YOU. You were one of the reasons I went to school to become a teacher as well.” Have you recently thanked someone that has affected you positively? If not, maybe it’s time to contact that person?

There is a lot to be said of having your coaches on campus.
