The 4 ideas already revealed, taking risks, trial and error, learning from mistakes, continually evaluate, study, etc. I don’t know how to do all of this so how do I learn all of it? Play X-game GAME. 1st = 10 sec time. Record projected amount. Practice round to get your feet wet. X must fill entire square. How many squares can you fill in? Record score under the line. Questions: how did you do? Met projected goal? Uptight and unknown? Spent more time planning than doing? 2nd time = 10 sec. Write projected amount. You practiced and you understood so do it again. Write score under line. How did you do this time? Relaxed? Did better? Why? 3rd time = 7 sec (don’t tell them) Before we begin ask around to see how people are doing so well so that we can get ideas for success. Write projected. Write end score. How did you do? Better? What happened? Too relaxed and confident? Tried someone else's technique and it did not work for you? Set sights too high? Tell them time was cut short. 4th time = 10 sec Write projected amount. Anyone setting sights lower / higher – why? Relax standards? Any questions before we do our last round? Record score. Best one yet? 95% people don’t want to fail, but we all fail at something. How do you handle it and what do you learn from it? During this, tie yarn to candy
