Select which waitlist to manage
1. Click in the top corner to open the menu of your available waitlists 2. Click on a waitlist to activate it

Add new guest to your waitlist
1. Click on the blue + button in the bottom-right corner 2. Enter guest information and click “+Add” to add guest

Guest will get a confirmation SMS
1. Once a guest has been added to the waitlist they will receive a confirmation SMS Hi Jackie! You’re now entered into the gun queue and #8 in line at Thornton Cabela's.

Notify a guest to return when ready 1. Click on the orange bell to
send them a SMS alert Look at that! It's your turn at the gun counter. Please return within 5 minutes or your place in line will be lost.

Serve the guest when they return
1. Click on the green button to serve them

When served, guest is moved to Serving page
1. Toggle between Waiting and Serving in the top

“No-show” if they don’t show up
Mark guest as “No-show” if they don’t show up 1. Click on the Red button to the right to mark a customer as no-show.

Edit guest info in the waitlist
1. Click 3 dots to the right 2. Select “Edit” in menu 3. Edit guest and click “Save”

order in line in waitlist
Move guest’s order in line in waitlist 1. Click 3 dots to the right 2. Select “Move” in menu 3. Change the order of the guest in your waitlist and click “Save”

Undo if you accidentally remove guest
1. When you do any action on the guest (serve, no-show, delete) a blue notification will show up in the bottom 2. Click on “Undo Action” in blue to revert this action and restore the guest back.

See the current expected wait time
1. See “Estimated Wait” in the bottom of screen

Search after guest in waitlist
1. Click in search field in top right corner 2. Search for guest by name, phone number or 3. Now only the matching guest will show in list 4. Click “Clear” to remove search

Filter guests to show only those matching criteria
1. Click “Filter” Filter guests to show only those matching criteria 1. Click “Filter” above waitlist and 2. Select filter option in menu and click apply 3. Now only guests matching this filter will be shown 2. Select filter and click Apply

See guest’s previous visit history
1. Click “Returning” badge next to guest name to open visit history 2. See previous visits 1. Click badge next to name 2. See previous visits

Manage bookings

Add new booking 1. Click on an available time slot or the Blue add button 2. Enter info about customer 3. Click “+ Book” to save

Block off time 1. Click on an available time slot
2. Click “Block slot” 3. Time slot can now not be booked anymore

Book recurring meeting
1. When booking a new slot, click on “Repeat” 2. Select recurring frequency and number of intervals 3. Click “+ Book” to save

View booking 1. Click on the booked slot you want to view
2. This will open dialog to view booking

Edit booking 1. When viewing a booking, click on the Edit button to edit it 2. Click “Save” once done

Delete booking 1. When viewing a booking, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner 2. Click “Delete” in the drop down menu 3. This will delete the booking

Serve booking 1. When viewing a booking, click on the “Serve” button to serve it 2. This will add a checkmark next to the booking in the calendar 3. Client will be moved to the Serving page

No-Show booking 1. When viewing a booking, click on the “Serve” button to serve it 2. This will add a checkmark next to the booking in the calendar 3. Client will be moved to the Serving page

Send alert to tell client to come
1. When viewing a booking, click on the “Send alert” button 2. This will send the client an alert via SMS or to return 3. You can see the full conversation by clicking on the See conversation button

Search for a booking or client
1. Search in the top right search bar after a client’s name, phone or 2. This will open dialog to view booking

View calendar by day, week or month
1. Click on the Calendar View picker 2. Select your preferred time range

Jump to date 1. Click on the date picker 2. Select a preferred date
3. You can also click on the “next” and “previous” buttons to jump to next day/week/month
