The word too comes before an adjective, much + noun, or many + noun. An optional infinitive follows the adjective or noun. That necklace is too expensive (to buy) It costs too much money (to buy) The word enough follows an adjective. It comes before a noun. The infinitive follows enough or the noun. Keiko is wealthy enough (to buy it) She has enough money (to buy two necklaces)
