I’m pretty sure that you all have seen the notes of people on the café board or restaurants. Why do people want to leave message? Because people have a natural need of communication. Because of that, people leave comments and reviews on their own blog, or web sites. In point of viewer, the information on web is divided by whether it contains informative or personal information. Of course sometimes we get comforted by reading other people’s personal thoughts, But we think that people do not want to read some personal comments of people who they don’t even know of. So, we concluded that we should focus on informative side. Our purpose is to exploit the need of communication to make a pool of reliable informations.

Comments BUT! Are they reliable? Fake Information MISLEAD people This is my personal experience. I think many of you would agree on me. As my phone has broken recently, I wanted to change my cell phone. And I was really confused whether I should purchase iphone or galaxy. They both have pros and cons, but I found out that I can get a huge information, But it’s hard to rely on them. There were a bunch of similar reviews.. It kind of make me feel that Is this really written by the customers? Or… by the firm? This kind of doubt gets strong when you purchase product by on-line, say, G-market.

Collect data from trustful customers Key factor: Customers must not feel they are manupulated In business view, we think that we can attract the firms to use our application, because Collecting customized data is always one of their main issues. Often, it costs a lot to attract customers to leave some feedback about their product. Because customers feel bothersome about leaving comments, and they want to protect privacy. So firms give incentives to customers who leave comments. Secondly,, promotion is costly. They have to use a lot of money to get their product/service exposed to the customers. The problem is that when customers do not want to pay attention to the advertisement. Third, by promotions, firms can only appoach the real customers who will purchase their product/service. By using application, Customer database is expensive and hard to get Promotion is costly, yet customers don’t pay attention Will they become real future customers or not?

Firms can get feedback about their product/service from customers, and can collect database of their customers. They can trace how often they use their product, and how high the re-purchase rate is and so on.. Also, we enable them to promote their product/service by ‘recommendation function’ And if they choose to add to accept comments about their servers, they can manage their reputation by monitoring the clerks. And for our customers(the firms), we have to find out benefits to adopt our app. (also have to find out incentives for our users) To convince firms, I think we have to strengthen the selling part, I mean, to use this app, the users is more easier to buy the product, for example, by just one click. To do that, we may have to contact with a firm that treats payment system. (including in cellphone fee, or paypal, or e-monetary with banks..)
