Workshop moves to Redwood Room in ROB on Wednesday (see map on workshop web-site)
Please limit your presentation to 30 minutes (45 available to allow discussion – interruptions encouraged)
Please focus on issues related to LCLS injector commissioning
Brief tour of linac gallery, LCLS laser room, LCLS injector vault Monday 6:00 – 7:00 PM (bus outside Kavli Building at 5:45)
Commissioning Readiness Review embedded in workshop (Corlett, Lewellen, Schreiber)
Open discussion time is still available, mostly on Wed. afternoon – please contact PE to request short presentation time (10-15 min.)

3. Emergency Information
Be aware of exits
Speaker will indicate locations
Fire or other emergency evacuation
Follow residents out of building to assembly area
Earthquake
Remain in building: Duck, cover, hold position until shaking stops
Evacuate building to assembly area
Stay away from windows, downed power lines
In an emergency
Dial from a SLAC phone; or
Dial 911 from your cellular phone
Provide SLAC address (2575 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, CA; cross street Saga Lane) and building number (Kavli building is #51).

4. The Workshop is motivated by the following goals:
LCLS
Present LCLS injector commissioning plans to a wide audience to allow others to integrate and to solicit advice, especially from those with recent hands-on experience.
Provide forum to hear experimental proposals and collaborative efforts, which are consistent with LCLS commissioning plans and scope.
Produce a written report (Commissioning Readiness Review), as part of LCLS Accelerator Readiness Review (ARR), summarizing independent assessment of SLAC’s readiness to commission LCLS injector (thanks to John, John, and Siggy).
