Silk Road LLC (China) construction project: greenhouses in Chechnya’s Shelkovskoy Municipal District. 3. Eagle Hills Properties LLC (UAE) construction project: Grozny International University, designed to accommodate a student body of 4,000. 4. KOKAM Co. Ltd (South Korea) is involved in implementing a project in Grozny for the production of energy saving systems (ESS) with a capacity of 30 MWh. 5. Khan-Chenkon LLC (South Korea) is a resident of the Grozny Industrial Park in the Zavodskoy District of Grozny. Represent opportunities to expand tax base and reduce the dependence on subsidy.

Short-term voluntary repatriation of internally displaced peoples to their region of choice. Thorough census in each region. Increase in funding for job creation in regions with an increase in population.

8 External Recommendations
More border outposts, especially in rough and mountainous terrain, and increased military personnel along the border. Encouraging border security of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Turkey so that extremists do not trickle through their borders towards Russia’s borders through bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Russia leading the way.
